Such a beautiful family! We started off in-home having dinner then went out for a walk around their neighbourhood then back home for bedtime routine. Couldn't be any better! And come on, isn't she just the cutest??

My morning with these little sweeties xoxo
I documented this family as they are on a busy day in July. My favourite session - maybe ever. I want to capture YOUR family like this, a day in the life. There are a lot of pictures in this post, an idea of what to expect from your session. Enjoy the Herbert's story through pictures.
I wanted to thank all my fantastic clients for a wonderful 2013! I loved doing all these sessions and thought it would be fun to post some of my favourites of the year - and all in black and white just for fun. Looking forward to 2014.
Every month on the 10th a group of photographers I have met post 10 of our favourite photos of the month to our blog. This month there is only me and one other fantastic photographer - you can get the link to Leah's blog at the bottom of this post!
This month I'm sharing 10 photos from our first few weeks home with our brand new baby boy and also 10 fun facts about little Myles.
1. We didn't know he was a boy (surprise!) and he was born November 19.
2. Myles' middle name is Benjamin (my maiden name is Benjamins).
3. Our niece chose the name 'Rocketship' for our baby when I was still pregnant so our entire family called him Rocketship for months and months.
4. Myles is my Oma's 90th great grand child. Yes, you read that right.
5. It was -19 Celsius the day we took him home.
6. I am from Ontario and have family staying with me for 2 and half weeks - amazing. I haven't done laundry or cleaned my house (yet it's always clean) - a BIG thanks to my Mom, Dad and Sister! xoxo
7. He loves to be held. All the time. So I hold him.
The last picture keeps me going. :)
Next up please check out the very talented Leah Ingersoll!!
I thought I would blog these images taken by my husband - he did so great! I really didn't want to have pictures taken but so glad we did it. I'm just so happy to have some pictures with my sweet Madden - makes me incredibly happy! It's so different being on the other side of the camera but a good reminder of how my clients feel at photo sessions!
Noah is 4 weeks plus a day here - such a fun session. So many pictures of mom and dad enjoying their little guy - can't you just feel the love? He was SO good, it was pretty cold. This session is bitter sweet - loved it so much and also my last one until Spring after my own little nugget arrives. I will be keeping this blog updated so stay tuned!
Another super awesome family today!! I have the best job ever - I love capturing images for families. This was one of my quickest sessions - which happens when the kids are older I think - less chasing needed :) Again, I am lucky enough to call these people my family!
Welcome sweet Lauren to the blog - isn't she cute? Such a lovely family - so happy for them!
I love in-home sessions - SO MUCH. I love how comfortable families are at in home sessions and how it tells a story. These people are part of my family - my daughter spends a lot of time with these cousins of hers - and so will our next baby, maybe a boy for sweet little Miller?
